Our Rates...

We aim to provide excellent service at a fair price for all concerned.  Based on that idea, we charge a small percentage of the proceeds of the sale for our services.  That percentage can range from as little as 25% to as much as 40% based on several factors.  Those factors include the amount of preparation needed at the location, the number of days needed to complete the sale, and the total value of the sale.  It is almost impossible for us to quote you an exact rate without first seeing the estate.  That is the only way to be fair to everyone.

What We Do...

We literally take care of every aspect of the sale process.  You do not have to do anything except provide our staff with access to the location.  We will sort, arrange, price, and display everything to maximize the financial return for our clients.  We create, place, and manage all of the signage, and advertising required, and provide all of the staff required for an efficient sale.
