This is a VERY HARD TO FIND accessory for the Norwegian Krag Model 1912/16 Carbines. This is an original Muzzle Cover / Sight Hood. See the second picture and the small recess (pin hole) in the front sight that locks this device onto the sight. UNLESS you have the recess on the front sight, this cover WILL NOT fit your rifle/carbine!
Has been cleaned of old storage grease, but still has some patina to the brass. Is fully functional,
